Grief and Loss
Grief is not a problem to be solved, but a process to be lived. Whether you’re mourning the death of a loved one, a miscarriage, the end of a relationship, or the loss of a dream, grief changes you—and that change deserves care and compassion.
In grief counselling, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to share your sorrow, confusion, and even moments of peace. We will move at your pace, allowing room for both pain and meaning-making, without rushing the process.
My approach honours the unique way each person grieves, and draws on trauma-informed and somatic practices to support integration. You may never “go back” to who you were before the loss—but healing means discovering who you are now.
