“Shame corrodes the very part of us that believes we are capable of change.”

Healing From Shame
Shame whispers that we are unworthy, broken, or beyond repair. But shame loses power when it’s brought into the light. In this workshop, we’ll create a compassionate space to explore the roots of shame—and begin to transform it into self-compassion, connection, and courage.
Drawing from neuroscience, trauma-informed care, and Christian insight, we’ll look at how shame forms, how it affects the body and relationships, and how it can be healed. This isn’t about self-help slogans—it’s about gentle, honest work that honours your dignity.
You’ll leave with tools to identify shame triggers, practice self-compassion, and move forward with greater freedom.
You are not your shame. You are already worthy of love and belonging.
