Highly Sensitive People

Being highly sensitive can be a profound strength—but it often comes with challenges like overstimulation, emotional exhaustion, or a tendency toward anxiety or people-pleasing. In counselling for HSPs, I offer a gentle and affirming space to help you understand your trait, set healthy boundaries, and cultivate self-compassion.
