Life Transitions
Life is full of seasons. Some bring joy and excitement—like starting a new career, becoming a parent, or moving to a new city. Others come with uncertainty, grief, or a deep sense of being unmoored—like a breakup, retirement, or the loss of someone dear. Even welcomed changes can leave us feeling overwhelmed or unsure of who we are becoming.
In counselling for life transitions, I offer a compassionate and grounding space to help you pause, reflect, and make sense of the changes you’re facing. Together, we’ll explore the emotional, relational, and existential impact of your current season, and gently move toward clarity, resilience, and a deeper connection to your inner self.
This work is rooted in a trauma-informed and client-centered approach. I believe that even amidst disruption, healing and integration are possible. Transitions, though often uncomfortable, are powerful invitations for growth and meaning-making.
