Somatic therapy focuses on tuning into the wisdom of the body. By gently increasing awareness of physical sensations, movements, and patterns, we can begin to unlock the stories your body holds—and support deeper healing.
In our work together, you’ll be invited to notice, slow down, and reconnect with your embodied self. This might involve breathwork, grounding exercises, or tracking physical responses to emotions and memories. The process is always respectful of your pace and boundaries.
